The legal name of our company is "Ozark Tri-County Healthcare Consortium". We do business as, "Access Family Care Medical & Dental Clinics". Our operations are overseen by a Board of Directors. The Board is unique in that it must be at least 51% comprised of our patients. The patient mix, to our Board, allows for insight into how we serve our communities.

She has a Degree in Education and teaches within the Neosho School District. Along with her husband, Greg, she has four children, Joseph, Caleb, Daniel, & Joanna.

Attended Arkansas State University, majoring in Business Administration/Secretarial Science. She was a Founding Board Member of Ozark Tri-County Healthcare Consortium, which does business as ACCESS Family Care. Previous Director of the Newton County, Mo. Health Department, where she worked for 25 years. She is now retired. Involved with Missouri Public Health Association, Missouri Human Development Advisory Committee, Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation, & SW Missouri Community Alliance.

Kelly Brown

Kelly spent eight years as the president of the Southwest Missouri Chapter of MPBA. She and her husband Larry have been farming locally their entire lives. Kelly also serves as the head of the kitchen committee at Wheaton Southern Baptist Church.

Graduate of Anderson, MO. High School, Joplin Junior College, University of Missouri, and University of Nebraska - with a PhD. Dr. Chapman taught at the Kansas University Medical Center, where he did bio-medical research and trained PhD. students. He then served in the KUMC Administration, as Dean of Graduate Studies & Research for 20 years and then Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs, until his retirement. He and his wife Pat "retired" to the family cattle farm. He is on the Crowder College Board.

Oleg Tyurikov
Board Member
Oleg has degrees from Missouri Southern State University in Economics & Finance as well as German Language. He has served on Neosho and Joplin’s Chamber of Commerce committees. He has been in banking since 2001 and he is currently the President of Community Bank and Trust

Cynthia McCoy
Board Member
Cynthia has her Masters of Public Health from Walden University. She has been involved in hospital administration since 1992. She has served as the Director of Quality Management as well as Risk Management. Cynthia ha also been involved with state bioterrorism projects after the events of 9/11
